I went to Amsterdam last night to shoot some pics. A dark and exciting city full of welcoming lights. And in all the streets, alleyways and on the crowded city squares I’ve seen the beautiful people, young and old – looking for a good time, trying to fill their voids. Even if they laugh, they make me sad. I need to think about this. Have a look at some of the pics I’ve made and that I will upload here today and this week.

His mate looked over at me and stared back at the buckets. “It’s artistic, right?”
I like to walk or go for a ride and take some pics. And often I start to sing. Silently, if I’m still surrounded by people, or I blurt out loud in the car or in a lonely place where no one can hear me. Except the One who said,

We only spend two days in Dartmore – but I really enjoyed them! Like I wrote yesterday, we needed to drive quite a long way to go there – on all these winding roads with high hedges on both sides. Because of the cloudy conditions I can not show you some sunny photographs, but clouds and a little rain can also add to the atmosphere of a picture… Click on the pics for a larger view.
Haven’t been blogging in English in the month of July! So it’s about time to tell you how we are doing and what we’ve been up to. As a family we had a great vacation in Devon, England. Two weeks with some ‘English weather’ (no, it wasn’t raining non-stop) and lots of things to do and see.
